Andrew Billingsley is a Network Engineer at Mythistoria Hospital that has been "volunetold" to lead the Desktop team after a series of massive outages causes a staff shakeup.

A toxic IT Director is ruining everyone's life until... well, we won't ruin it for you.

A story with a purpose.

This is a full-length novel that most people that work in I.T. Services will relate with, perhaps painfully. But I wanted to write OUR story. To not only show our friends and family what life is really like for us, but to showcase a way forward.

I firmly believe that I.T. Services are going to get worse before it gets better if we can't learn to lead. This book, much like "The Goal" and "The Phoenix Project" will show in the form of a story how anyone can adapt to leadership if they want to - and even if they don't, there are some key lessons that are important for career survivability!
